Downloads & getting started
Already have the launcher?
Allow your browser to open IchiMS. The launcher checks for updates and launches the game after you sign in. If nothing opens, run the latest launcher once or reinstall it below to enable website Play. Windows 10 or 11 is required.
- Create your account. Register with the game account you'll use to play.
- Review the antivirus guidance below. The setup file, launcher, and downloaded game files may trigger security alerts.
- Download and run the launcher setup. Use the official resources below. Open the launcher, sign in, and let it download the game. After setup, website Play can open it for you.
- Find your people. Read the server rules and introduce yourself in the forums.
Use only the resources published by the IchiMS team. Keep your account credentials private.
Before downloading: antivirus alerts & exclusions
Windows Security or another antivirus product may flag or quarantine the IchiMS setup, launcher, or files downloaded by the launcher. This can prevent installation, updates, or the game from starting. A detection is not automatically a false positive: verify that you used our official download, review the alert, and contact staff if you are unsure before allowing anything.
If you have verified the files and your antivirus still blocks them, allow the specific IchiMS file or add narrowly scoped exclusions for the launcher and your chosen game installation folder. The default folders are:
- Launcher:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\IchiMS\launcher - Downloaded game files:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\IchiMS\game(or the game folder you selected in the launcher)
In Windows Security, open Virus & threat protection → Protection history to inspect the alert. For a verified file or folder, use Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions → Add or remove exclusions. If setup itself is blocked, allow only that verified setup file, then retry the official download or installation. Other antivirus products have their own allowlist settings.
Keep real-time protection enabled. Exclusions reduce protection for the excluded files. Do not exclude your whole drive, user profile, or Downloads folder. We do not add exclusions or disable security software automatically.
